Wisconsin Women in Conservation Happy Hour at Alice's Garden
About this event
Join WiWiC at the start of Wisconsin Women in Conservation Week, July 7-13, as proclaimed by the Governor. This will be our fourth year meeting in Alice's Garden Urban Farm to celebrate this week recognizing the incredible women conservationists, farmers, gardeners, and educators who are doing the good work of earth stewardship in the state. Whether you are a man or a woman, we invite you to come and network, learn, share, support and exchange with others committed to healthy people, soils, and spaces.
This is an informal gathering in the beautiful gazebo shelter. Alice's Garden CEO Venice Williams will deliver welcome remarks and we'll share food prepared by Sherman Phoenix business Baked Dreams Cafe and Dessert Shop. Bring a friend to connect with the wider Milwaukee conservation and agriculture community.
Bring business cards and brochures, news to share and ways to care. Event is free but registration is appreciated.
