In-person workshop Changing Hearts and Minds on Reproductive Health and Rights

About this event

The Reproductive Rights Committee will be hosting Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin’s 2-hour
workshop, “Changing Hearts and Minds on Reproductive Health and Rights.” The workshop helps participants develop effective communication skills and messaging using an evidence based conversational approach when discussing the need for equable access to Contraception and Abortion. Post attendance, Planned Parenthood will follow up with participants and provide coaching if a participant has been unable to use the skills from the workshop.

The workshop is only offered to members of the Milwaukee/Waukesha County League of Women Voters. The workshop will be offered in a virtual format and an in-person format. Members can sign up for either the virtual or in person workshop, but not both. If demand for the workshop exceeds the available slots, Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin is willing to offer additional workshop(s) so all interested members can receive training. If registration is closed due to high interest, a wait list will be created and used for registration of additional workshops.
