After major issues arose during the April 2020 primary, elections officials, clerks, poll workers, advocates, and voters united to make the November 2020 election extremely successful, according to the 2020 Presidential Election Report released today by Wisconsin Election Protection and the League of Women Voters of Wisconsin.

On January 13, the Comité por el Voto Latino/Latinx Voter Outreach Committee (CVL-LVO) of LWV Milwaukee County gave a presentation on the November 2020 Voting Results in Milwaukee's South Side, in comparison to the 2012 and 2016 elections. Claire Woodall-Vogg, the executive director of the Milwaukee Elections Commission, responded to the data.

Forty years ago, the League adopted a position in support of the establishment of an independent commission or the designation of such an agency to be responsible for the development of a legislative and Congressional redistricting plan. The League also supports citizen participation and access throughout the redistricting process. The League urges the Court to deny the Petition for the Proposed Rule to Amend Wis. Stat. Sec. 809.70.
