Taking Action on the Issues
LWVMC takes action on public policy positions established through member study and agreement. We regularly issue action alerts via email and social media in keeping with our policy positions, as does LWV-Wisconsin. Click here to sign up for LWVMC emails.
The League, and individual members, work to implement the positions by lobbying state and local legislative committee members, testifying at public hearings, using public forums and the media, holding panel discussions, writing in League publications, and communicating to public officials.
